Oh wow. If you're near a Trader Joe's, get thee to the store and pick up a chunk of their Parmesan Gouda cheese. I opened our chunk this morning to grate in with regular Parm for my Garlic Parm rolls. I tried a small piece and.....oh my! Good stuff! It's not as hard as regular Parm, but is easily grated with the microplane.
And did I mention that it's pretty darned good?!
