Oh, & I got a call this week, & am scheduled to see the specialist on the 14th, so will go from there to see when the D&C will be scheduled. I will schedule it on a Friday of my hardest WK, so I'll have the long wknd, through Mon. To rest & recoope, before going bk to work on my easier week on that Tues. (& That will be the previous nurses house too). 👍
I'm ready to be done with all of this! Between Jan. & This mo. I had it more days than I didn't!! Also getting about 2-3 hot flashes each night, on top of Panther waking me up around 5:30, crying & merring in the window above my bed! So I'm losing good sleep every early morning. My alarm doesn't go off until 7:10. On days off, I get up to feed them, then try to go back to bed. I'm off today, but have a couple of errands to run, & have to take Wolverine here for his nail trim!!
Of course, NOW he's sleeping!! 🙄🤨
Well, I've got to make the bed so....
I am glad that there is a better end in sight for that. May it go well and may it result in your feeling much better!
*SNORGLES* on Panther (and virtually, on Honey)!

😄 Just saw Honey out there playing a little again. She's playing with acorns! 😄 There are HUNDREDS of them out there!!
I'm playing with Panther right now, trying to tire him out just a little before his ' Mani Pedi." 😄 Usually you have to come for that between 1 & 3, but the tech I like that finally cut them short & blunt enough is in surgery all day, so they told me to come around 3:20. So we're leaving in a few.

Mani, Pedi all done. Ears done too.
Instead of the just taking him bk, we got to go in a room. The assistant that really loves him was assisting. Then before we left, we had to wait, because one of the other techs had to come see him. I love that they just love him there. Warms my heart ❤
They were like, remember when he wouldn't even let us touch him? ( When he was first there for his amputation). He's come so far, were proud of him. 🤗❤

I heard Honey purring in the "sillies" video.:dizzycat: Even though she's feral she's happy as a clam playing in your yard with you to look after her.:heartshape:
Yes, I've heard her purr a couple of times now, so that was nice. Very sweet. 😊❤

what a little brat, my new guy Moonlight is a stubborn guy too.
Good to see you two again. Isn't he adorable?!! You can't resist, can you? I know I couldn't. Have his grandparents met him yet? They'll fall in love with him, too, I'm sure, if they haven't already! Have a wonderful Sunday.

Hi friends. Happy spring!! 🌷🌻🌺
I Hope everyone had a nice Easter. I haven't stopped by or posted in a while, so thought I would catch up with you all. 😊
I hope everyone & your fur babies are doing well. ❤
I Can't believe that the end of this month will be 7 months since Panthers amputation already. He's doing so well. He's come so far. Honey is doing well too. 😊.

I've just been working, as usual. Have had/ having a few family events. Last wknd my nephew's new wife had a birthday, so we all were over at their place for a cook out. That was nice. My sister made an amazing cake! She's been baking a while now, & really getting good at decorating!! She & her granddaughter, my great niece, ( boy, that makes me feel old!) like to watch the kids baking shows together. She'll be 3 next wknd, so we'll have her party Sunday. My sister's big 50 is in June! She made a spring wreath a cpl of months ago w/ stuff from the Dollar tree, so I got inspired to do the same.
I hadn't done anything crafty in a long time, & used to. Mine is a lot fuller than hers, & I was really happy of how good it turned out. I was originally going to put it in our hall outside, between my, & my neighbors door, but loved it so much, I kept it in here, & put it up on the mantle.
Here are some kitty videos, & pictures. 😊

I'd love to see any spring crafts you've made. 😁🌷

The birthday cake my sister made for her daughter- in-law. 😊 The candy on top layer was melted jolly ranchers that she just drizzled from a spoon to create! The shells are chocolate that she has molds for.

Here's the start of, & then finished wreath I made last Thursday. Everything from the dollar tree cost about $26, & took me 2 & 1/2 hrs to make!

Glad you stopped by with an update. I was wondering how Panther, Honey and you were doing. The video of Honey basking in the sun makes her look so content. :dizzycat: And Panther has come such a long way thanks to all your dedication and hard efforts. :blackcat2: I can't believe it's been 7 months already since his amputation surgery. He's acclimated to being an indoor cat so well. :hearthrob: Your sister and you are obviously both very talented. The cake looks delicious and your wreath is gorgeous. Can't wait to see how your next project turns out.

Seven months! Time really does fly, doesn't it.

Gorgeous cake. Looks too nice to eat.

And beautiful wreath. You're very creative. Wonder if it would be worth trying to make some to sell, to make a little extra money.

Thanks! Yes, I thought about that, but would have to probably charge $50 to be worth it..and that's if I can still get a good selection of stuff at the dollar store. Otherwise, it'd be much more expensive to buy the materials. Especially because it took me 2 & 1/2 hrs. It's all hand wired. That's what took so long. I'd be a little more maticulous & better w/ the wiring if selling one, so it'd definitely probably take me 3 hrs to make! I want to make one for my mom too. The back is also open, so I'd maybe try to seal the bk w/ something. But then again, it's nice, because it's just the "front half" of a wreath ring, so would lay flat nicely on a door, & fit well between the door & glass or screen door.

I know. It's crazy! I can see why they cost so much now. The higher ones must be full price, expensive materials. Plus the labor.
If I had to get flowers at Hobby lobby, or somewhere else, it's definitely be higher.
Hopefully, being spring season, the dollar tree will have enough stock long enough.

I've been missing news and pics/videos of Panther! So I'm glad I found his thread again and hope you'll post soon, angels mommy angels mommy .... How are you both doing?
Hi!! I can't believe its been so long. I think I've chimed in on a couple of threads here & there, but thats about it.
Panther is doing great. Honey is too. I actually bought a bed w/ a canopy for her, so she'd hopefully stay when it rains, (if not to hard) & she has! It took her a couple of weeks to try it out, realize it was her's, but she lays on it most of the time now. 😊
I took the house apart & down to wash each
piece, & put it away for the summer. I'll put it bk out when it starts getting cold again. Probably in November sometime.
Panther's annual will be coming up in October, so hopefully all should go well. He definitely needs his teeth cleaned & at least one extraction, but hope not much more. Trying to wait on the Feb. Dental discount month for that, because I know its still going to be expensive! I'm going to try to save up what I can in the meantime. My very back bottom ones on each side are "pending issues" as well, so.... Hoping those will hold out before I have to do something.

I've also had some things going on. Sorry if this gets to TMI, but Im an open person, & I think it's good to share this stuff, in case anyone else has gone through anything like it. (& Its mostly us ladies here anyway)
I think I posted about it to you ladies.
I was supposed to get an ablasion on Sept 1st.

I can't believe its been two wks ago tomorrow already. Well.....I wasn't able to get it & ended up having to stay a night in the hospital. Nothing went as planned.
I was under, but this is what I was told happened. When they begin, they put saline up there, & when it didn't come bk out, they looked w/ the camera, & saw that I had a hole in my uterus!! ( Dr said it was hole punch size!) So they had to do laparoscopic to look behind it, I guess to see if it went through to other side. It did, so they couldn't do the ablasion, because the laser could have went through & damaged my intestines. They actually said it was fine, that it would heal itself, but it really sucks that I couldn't get what I was there for, & then had to undergo laparoscopic procedure! So they kept me overnight just to make sure everything was ok. My body just absorbed the fluid, because I was up about every hr that night to pee! As for the hole, I truly believe that the Dr that did my biopsy before hand ( in March??) to make sure I could have the procedure did it. I say this because I've had biopsies before, & while uncomfortable, they weren't as painful as that one was!!! It literally felt like she was jabbing in & out, in & out! (&Thats w/ 2 lidocaine shots in my uterus first!) Luckily, my sister was there holding my hand. The head OBGYN even came in & before even doing anything else, she came right to me & held my other hand, even though I was pressing my stomach w/ it. She was really nice. It was so painful that about halfway through, I said, "stop, stop, stop, I need a minute" so she did. It was just terrible! I was even telling someone about it the next week,& I started crying. It definitely affected me more than I realized.
So since I had to stay over, my sister came to feed the kitties dinner for me, then came back in the morning to feed them breakfast before picking me up. It was definitely an unexpected ordeal!! My belly button incision is still a little sensitive, but its because thats right where your pants button, & probably from wearing mt lumbar support belt working this wk, but kept it below it. The stitches haven't desolved yet either, so thats probably another reason. I had my post op last Fri, & & the Dr that did the procedure took the sugi tape off. I couldn't believe how fast the skin healed in just a wk.
So anyway...I know that was a lot, & maybe a little to TMI, but thats whats been going on. ....
Now, heres some kitty pictures . This seems to be the newest position lately. 😊

Oh, & my birthday was Aug 21st, so my sister made me one of her cakes. It was the first time she'd made this one, it was a surprise, I didn't know what she was going to do, & I got this amazing cake!!
