Online Vet Recommendations

We love our vet, but ever since Corvid19 getting to talk to them is impossible. Same with many vets in our area. We'd like to use an online vet to determine when we need to take the cats in to the vet (so that we don't put them through unneeded stress) but a lot of these online vets seem sketchy. Anyone have any recommendations??

I've used pet coach before. Usually it was for extra info or non urgent advice and they were OK, of course always ending with....but you should bring them to your vet... I've never used them for immediate/urgent care though and I always chose the "free" option, so I may not have been getting a really invested response. But the information given was sound.
