Onion Powder. I cleaned and thinly sliced 4 Spanish onions. Spread the slices out on 4 dehydrator trays. Plugged the dehydrator in and let it go for about 32 hours, give or take. Every so often, I'd unplug it, reverse the order of the trays and then plug it back in. You want the onions to break, not bend; if they just bend, there's still moisture. I used my Ninja blender to pulverize the slices; that thing is a true Beast. And I have onion powder. (I use onion powder often when I make my own BBQ seasonings.) That only made (maybe 2/3 cup). I'm going to make another batch and that should see me through for a while.
