Omega Treats?

Anyone know of any omega treats that cats will actually eat? Or actually work? I tried capsules from my vet but my cat just foams at the mouth cause the taste is to strong

Hi - here is a short thread that mentions a couple things, or you could simply use a human supplement 1000 mg - works just fine in this household. The Big Guy likes it better than the gerber stage 2 baby food I put it in LOL

Omega 3 fatty acid recommendations?

I remember reading that the human omega FA supplements had a different saturation profile than the ones recommended for cats. Not harmful, just not giving the full benefit. I give mine cod liver oil. I just squirt it over the food and haven’t had a problem with them eating.
