I recommend a visit to the vet especially for the eye issue. Does she normally also shake her head like she is doing in the video?

When was her last vet visit?

Yeah, that is something that needs to be looked at by a vet. The eye is discolored and cloudy and s/he looks to have some kind of discharge as well. I wouldn't fool around with that on any cat, much less an older one. As a starting point, you could send them the pics/video.

she needs some Terramycin eye ointment for eye infection. Send/take in that video to your vet and see what they recommend. I tried home treatments for eye infections, kitty colds, and they never cleared up until I got the ointment. I got it online on Amazon. The vet may want to check her to make sure she doesn't have something in it or that it is scratched. It most likely is painful.
To apply the ointment, gently pull down on the lower lid with your finger until a 'pouch' is formed. Apply the ointment in a thin ribbon down in that pouch. Let her blink to spread the ointment in her eye. She will quickly get used to you messing with her eyes, though it does take a while.

Have you tried with a colloidal silver spray ? Works great for eye infections.
