This may help if it hasn't been posted already/ you haven't seen it already; also, many feel that one day too soon is far better than a day too late.
Does your vet have suggestions regarding someone who does euthanasia at your home? In any case, you might contact one or two of them and ask for their advice.
Thank you so much for checking in, but it’s with a heavy heart that I let you all know that Houdini crossed over. It was definitely time. I had a nice last day with him. He snuggled on the couch with me for about an hour then he laid on the floor, where he was more comfortable, just a few feet away until the home euthanasia vet arrived. He passed away peacefully and pain-free in my lap. It was the best goodbye I could have asked for under the circumstances. Just taking the time now to grieve. It’s amazing how such a small being can leave such a huge void in our life. Thank you all again for the support and well wishes.
On behalf of the TCS team, we are so very sorry for the loss of your Houdini. We'll close the thread now out of respect for your loss and invite you to post a tribute to your sweet boy in our Crossing the Bridge forum.
