Terry Gross, on her NPR show "Fresh Air," interviewed John Bradshaw, the author of "Cat Sense."  He is British, so he brings a slightly different (from many of us) view of cats to the discussion, but it was very interesting.  You can download the podcast, or you can listen here:

You're right, of course, and I meant to make that statement clearer.  I've changed it now.  He said several things that most of us might disagree with, but by and large, I think he was interesting.  He previously wrote "Dog Sense."  I don't think I heard that interview.

He DID mention that declawing is illegal now in Europe.

Just got Cat sense on my Kindle. Seems pretty well researched and interesting. But, only on chapter 2 so far.
