My cat Buddy and I have been having problems (see post..Prozac for Kitty). The jist was he didn't like me.
Well now for an encore, dear old buddy surprized me.
Last night my friend was over (we don't usually have alot of company). On 2 different occassions, I thought he was going to attack her. Both times she was approaching me and he hissed at her and beared his fangs.
The amazing thing was I think he was trying to protect me!!! He followed me around last night and lied in front of my feet or beside me. Of course my hubby wasn't here.
Does he think I am his charge? And he is my protector?
He would let her pet him but when she came near me...watch out pussycat!!!!!!!!
