So.. I've been on and off with trying to leash train my adult cat Gizmo. He was not a kitten when we got him so we couldn't introduce it to him young. I have two figure 8 type harnesses that he doesn't really take kindly too, so I wanted to try an H type harness/or a "walking jacket" type harness. I would like to get the Kitty Holster but I'm unsure of which size to get. (Size chart:
Neck Girth (chest)
XS
5" - 9" 10" - 14"
S/M
9" - 12" 13" - 17"
M/L
10" - 13" 16" - 20"
XL
11" - 15" 19" - 23 )
I've measured Gizmo a couple times and his neck is 8-9 inches and his chest is 14-15 inches. M/L and XL is obviously too big, but I'm not sure if I should get the XS or the S/M? Would it be better if it's a little snug or should it have some wiggle room/not be too small if he gets any bigger in the future?
