Not Receiving Notices Of Praise Or Mention.

Ever since the change of platforms, I have not been getting notification of praise or mention. I wasn't too concerned as I see them under Alerts when I load the front page. Also, I expected it was a problem with the new website that would be worked out sooner or later. But since I'm still not getting them, I thought I would report it.

I have looked at Alert Preferences and all the boxes are checked. Is there something else I need to do?

Are you looking for emails? The new platform doesn't send an email for purraise or mentions. You will only get an alert.
