Have you ever seen one of these before? He's a Kamoshika, a Japanese serow.
They're also know as goat-antelope, but I think their closest relative is a cow.
Mr Husband spotted this one in a dry overflow river up in the mountains. He saw him on his way up the mountains and he was still in the same spot hours later when he came back down. The sides of the overflow are pretty steep so the kamoshika was probably trapped.
Mr Husband and his friends climbed in and managed to herd him downhill until they got to a place where the banks were lower and the kamoshika could climb out.
They're cute little things, aren't they? I love his tiny horns.
