I am making a roast in a croc pot, one of the ingredients i threw in was roasted garlic. I took the lid off when i checked on it and condensation got on my hands, i wiped my hands on my pants and mistakenly touched two of my cats. i've been kicking myself ever since because i always try to wash my hands before i leave the kitchen. All of my cats are now under the bed when they're usually on top of it.

Keep an eye on the cats and be more careful moving forward. Likely the garlic contamination wasn't enough to worry about. Give them a good brushing.

Hi. I am not a veterinarian, but honestly think you should be just fine. I’d figure out why they are all under the bed though.

Usually it's if they eat a large amount or prolonged garlic because it causes anemia. But if the concerning behaviour continues you can always give your vet a call.
