Next Steps For Food Sensitivities

hi all this goes back to about February... My kitty scratched under his chin raw brought him to the vet and he went on d/d... He healed up and noticed he started shaking his head brought him back to the vet and she suggested may be allergic to the d/d food so we put him back on regular food and he started scratching again and now he's back in d/d still shaking his head but also scratching his ear.

Any suggestions?

I am talking with the vet tomorrow but I was thinking about trying bb LID but idk
