Yes, we have a new kitten
He is barely 6 weeks old and looks almost identical to my RB Joey
His name is Tater Tot
Cuz he's soooo tiny!
We went to a friends house last night and they showed me this tiny little angel they said some lady down the street gave them.
Apparently she has a TON of cats and has to move so she was giving them away.
I took one look at Brandon and without saying a word he said "Go get one"
She only had one left when I got there and he was the runt. I asked her why she didn't hold on to them until they were old enough and she said she didn't have a choice but to rehome them
He is sooooo tiny! He's very skinny too.. Poor baby.. She said he is eating soft foods but was the runt so she wasn't sure if he was going to make it.
So I scooped him up, and brought him home.
We went to the Vet this afternoon and other then him being a little underweight, he's got a clean bill of health.
So right now he's resting in our bedroom after having his dinner.
He is already litterbox trained for the most part but he's still a little tired from all the excitement.
I'm very surprised at the other furbrats too. They snuck in and seen him this evening and so far, so good.
Tonka has always been the "father" of the group and took immediatly to him
Last night it was so cute because he slept inbetween our pillows and sometime during the night he made his way to the foot of the bed and curled up with Jake (the dog)
When I woke up this morning, they were cuddled up together
I think he's going to fit in just fine!
I will post pics as soon as I find my camera cord
