It's always a toss up when you bring something home for the furkids if they are going to like it or not, it seems...

I've been looking for a new basket for Aya's window perch for a while now. The old one had gotten wet one too many times.

I finally found one today.

I think this is kitty approval?

At least your like it. Today I bought a brand new cat tree and a horizontal scratcher (mine died and they were using my foot). And like all kids, they enjoyed the box so much more.

The basket looks like a hit!
It's funny, I've never had a cat that would use a basket or bed, though window perches and cardboard boxes are a different matter.

Aya has been into baskets since early kittenhood. She still has her first basket as I schlepped it back from Japan. I also park them in windows so they double as comfy window perches from which her majesty the "hime neko" can survey her domain and keep an eye on her servants.
