What a little angel!  I wish mine were so calm at the vet's!  LOL  Sounds like you have a wonderful vet and that your kitty is in good hands.  Hoping the spot continues to improve and the shot does the trick.  If you have a black light, you can use that to see if it's ringworm.  Ringworm will fluoresce under a black light (glow in the dark).  

Also, go for the tests so you'll make sure your kitty is as healthy as possible.

Couldn't stand listening to her cry, so I let her out. But I put her back each time she tried to run off, couple times later and she figured out to just lay down instead.
Flakes started coming off around 9pm. Hope that means the shot is working.

Did the vet tell you that ringworm is the only disease that can be passed to humans, so keep washing your hands.
I think it's the only one.
