New Foster

Hi all,

We’re welcoming a new foster tomorrow. A lovely little 1.5 year old girl. Poor love was found dumped, pregnant with a bruise on her stomach so she’s had a hideous start to life.
I’ve attached two photos, one with her full coat and the other shaved. Her current fosterer/rescuer had her shaved down due to ringworm.

Thankfully she is over the worst and we’re excited to welcome her into our home and show her what life is like with a doting family.

I’m wondering if she is a long haired marble tabby, would that be correct?

She will also need a name if anyone has any ideas 🤍

What a gorgeous little girl! Here's to hoping the rest of her life is wonderful, to make up for her rough start. Has she recovered from the ringworm, or is it still being treated?

She looks like a black-based (brown) classic tabby longhair, yes! Such a gorgeous pattern, too. Marble is a variation that's present only in the Bengal ( Classic Tabbies vs. Marble Bengals Here's a thread on the topic, if you're curious).

I don't know why, but she looks like an Ava to me :>
