Can anyone tell me the dry matter? I assume it does not have many carbs because there are no starches. My cat loves it but I want to be sure it is high fat,low carb. High fiber

Similar NutriSource foods are on the Catinfo chart: https://catinfo.org/docs/CatFoodProteinFatCarbPhosphorusChart.pdf Carbs are between 8 and 12% which isn't bad. Is this a new variety? It's not listed on the NutriSource web site.

It was hard to find online since it's not on Amazon or chewy. I found it at a small pet store but even on their site the food wasn't listed. Other food on catfooddb have different ingredients besides meat. Higher in carbs

From my cheat sheet;

Total of Protein/Fat/Fiber/Moisture/Ash comes over 100 so Carb comes out MINUS!

Moisture/Ash/Fiber are Max., adjusted a little and looks like below
