I think your at a really good place and there's really not much to do. Try to keep the dog from approaching the cat and make sure the cat has places to go that the dog can't get to. Give them plenty of individual time. Otherwise just give them time. It took a year for one of my cats to stop attacking my dog pretty much every time they were in the same room. And that was after a couple of weeks of the cat not coming out at all. My other cat seemed to get over the dog faster, but took probably another year before he'd stop going up to her, headbutting her, then looking at her like she just offended him and whacking her before walking away. Poor dog would just stand there trying not to move. Now he still headbutts her and looks at her like she offended him, but usually doesn't smack her anymore.

They might not ever be best friends, or even friends, but they'll tolerate each other. My female cat (who would attack the dog) thinks the dog makes a good butt rest when she slips off my lap.
