New Article Alert

Hi! I have that little red number indicating there's a new article I've not yet read. However, I've clicked on and looked at all the new ones and even some old ones, and I even went so far as to "watch" and then "unwatch" them.
Does anyone else have this happening?

I wondered that too, but clicking on the article and reading through it didn't make that little number 1 go away - thank you for the helping thought!
