neuter -- don't know how to say it right

Gizmo, our bengal, was neutered back in July. Now, I thought that I heard & read that when males are neutured, their ummmm "sack" deflates, to where you can't really tell if you have a male or a female. Well, Gizmo hasn't "deflated" yet..... he is quite large still, but not as large as before. I ask this because we never had a male cat before! :LOL:

It depends on if they took the whole thing out or if they just tied off the tubes. Usually they deflate most of the way, but you can still see that they are males.

From my humble experience with 2 neutered males, you can definitely tell them apart from the females, though it's also easy to see that they are neutered. One of them seems to have had his testicles grown back just a little bit after the operation...
