Needing Help If Anyone Can!!!

I have multiple cats and 3 of my female cats just had kittens. All of my cats have gotten severe URI's somehow and I don't have money to get them antibiotics or vaccinated or fixed. Anything helps!!!

3 years ago my boyfriend found a kitten outside and adopted her. A month later we saw notes on billboards and phone poles all around town from a neuter clinic asking people to not let their cat outside on a specific day because they were putting traps to catch feral cats to neuter them. My boyfriend called them and asked, since Kit was homeless a month ago and he didnt have a job at the time, if they could do it. They accepted for 20$. I dont know if you have clinics like that where you live but i would give it a shot.
