I haven't seen a thread on this yet, but if there was one can you bump me to it?

I was wondering about the new formula. None of my cats have had a bad reaction to it, but I've noticed I've been going through it a lot more quickly than I use to. I free feed a certain amount a day (I know, I know), so it's not hard to watch how much they are going through.

NV Raw Boost isn't new. It's been available for a few years now. There are some TCS threads about it:

Nature's Variety Raw Boost Input?
Nature's Variety Instinct Raw Boost (dry)
Nature's Variety Instinct raw boost dry cat food

The food is basically the NV Originals dry food with the NV Raw Markets freeze dried raw mixed in.

I don't feed this food but others who do will provide their input.
Thank you, but I have been feeding them NV for three years now. However in July(?) they changed their formula to that above and I was just questioning it.

They changed it? Can you link me to an official article? Or put up the previous formula. I feed my cat NVI but didn't notice any outside changes.

Thanks. From the ingredient list, it seems better than the older one (for the Raw Boost at least) with chicken fat being sixth. Though I do wonder why peas is the fifth ingredient but I prefer that over tapioca (which was 3rd on the old formula). It's got more of everything than the old version -- protein, calories, omegas, etc. So I actually think it's an upgrade.
