The kids visited with us on Sunday. We had a great visit, but I pretty much crashed after they left. Our DDIL is gluten-free, so I really worked on GF foods to help her enjoy dinner. One thing we cannot find around here is GF breads and rolls; I bought a bag of KA GF flour and made yeast rolls. I thought they were a little dense and they didn’t brown very much. But she devoured them. I also made a pan of GF Mac and cheese and, for dessert, she had a peanut butter mousse pie with GF Oreo cookie crust.

Tabby is sick. Yesterday, she threw up several times, so there was nothing in her. Very listless. She drank quite a bit of water. She slept last night, cuddled up with me and she never does that. This morning, she did eat breakfast, but has refused any kibble. We are keeping a close eye on her. We’re hoping it’s just a bug. If it continues, she’ll go to the vet.

For today…
  • I have treatment this afternoon.
  • Will probably come home and catch a quick nap.
  • Instead of watching movies tonight, I’ll be watching the Penn State game with Dear Richard. I‘m not a football fan, so hopefully I won’t fall asleep!

That is a lot of work you did making GF dishes. A nap is an excellent idea after your treatment bet it makes you tired etc. So sorry to see Tabby was not feeling well hope she is feeling better now.
