My tasks (hardly worthy of the name) today were to tell the village manager, my coordinator at the neighbourhood house, and my knitting group that I've got the dreaded lurgi. Glad I couldn't go to work (volunteering), they had a gastro outbreak there last week, the coordinator herself was off for four days!
Good news is I rang Mum's nursing home just now, and it sounds like she's already getting better. She had a mild fever on Friday, but none now (day four is usually when it gets worse, too), she's eating and drinking well and her blood sugars are fine. Sounds like we both had very mild cases, which is a relief.
Now to get back to my knitting, though where those supurrvisors are I don't know ...
