My smokey is stressed

We got a new puppy yesterday. Now she is in a separate room and in a kennel because she was spayed by the shelter. She is just a baby 15 weeks. Bandit has gotten over the shock all ready but Smokey is stressed. Hiding, not wanting to eat. He did eat a treat but that was it. What the best way to let him get used to her our should I just let him go at his own pace. She will be in a Kennal for about 8 more days.
