My pregnant kitty

My cat is pregnant. We just in the past week noticed that she was getting super fat and last night I was holding her and felt her tummy moving. But, when I checked her teats I noticed that they are not pinking up. This is her first litter and she is only about 13 months old. Is this normal or should I be worried?

She sounds fine, but why is she not spayed?

We will be getting her spayed now. We didn't think we needed to because she is an inside cat. Now we know we were wrong.
