Hi the TCS ,
There does not appear the be a category for folks who have gotten a new kitten or cat.
So, as for me I thought I would start here . We are searching for a new name for this boy who is 3 months old. What name does he look like and what breed does he look like. He has a very long body and tail. The tail is looking fluffy and his fur is very silky. His paws are broad and hairy between the pads .

Hi TCS,
this is my new 3 mth. Old kitten and I wanted to post his photo profile because I want opinions on what name does he look like he should have.
He has long legs and body . Everything about him is long .
His fur is like silk. He is quiet & very kin relaxed and calm. and his eyes are carmel (light brown).
Please post suggested names

He appears to be a domestic long hair, color orange (red) tabby. He's super cute! I would name him Alistair.

Yes, I uploaded some more pictures of him from the photos that were posted on Instagram and some where sent to me from the previous owner before I brought him to my home. I hope you all can see his other pics on TCS. I think he will be on web sites everywhere because he is such a stunning beauty.
I wouldn’t be surprised that people will screen -shot and share his photos everywhere and with others.

You are welcome. Here are the pronunciations, if that helps.

TY-tus ---It means "title of honor" or "Titan" from Greek mythology.
ZAN-dər (like "her" with a d) ---It means "defender."
na-VEEN ---It means "bright" and "creative."
HAY-dree-en ---It means "dark" and was a famous Roman emperor, so it feels sort of regal.
I-zik (like "sick" with a Z) ---It means "He will laugh."
door-EE-in ---It means "of Doros" a legendary Greek hero.
ARE-on ---It means "King of the Otherworld" from Welsh myth.
a-DIT-uh ---It means "the sun" and refers to the children of Aditi, a Hindu god.
KILL-e-an ---It means "little church."
OH-en ---It means "nobel born."
LOCKS-lee ---It means "meadow by the lake," but refers to Robin Hood, whose name was Robin of Loxley.
CO-nan ---It means "wolf" or "hound," and refers to Conan the Barbarian.
LEE-um ---It means "guardian."
ma-THIGH-us ---It means "Gift of Yahweh."
tor-VOLD ---It means "Thor's ruler."
A-bram ---It means "exalted father."
ZA-here ---It means "bright" and "shining."
CAR-son ---It means a few things depending on its origin. "Rock," "mossy glen," "Christian," and "fort" to name some.
HERE-o (It sounds a lot like "hero.") ---It means "generous" and "abundant."
AB-ut ---It means "priest" or "father."
AT-les ---It means "to carry" and refers to maps. It also is the Greek Titan who revolted against the gods and carries the Earth on his shoulders.
ID-ris ---It means "studious," " smart" and "interpreter."

Your kitten is very cute! His color is red tabby and white. Without registration papers, he would be considered a domestic longhair. He is still very young, but at least at this age, he looks very much like a Maine Coon kitten. Did you get him from a breeder?

Thanks a bunch for the pronunciation,
Now , I know what some names mean. I do appreciate you including that, so I can choose one that fits my beliefs.

Yep , you nailed it. I asked TCS because until I got him, I never knew the breed would be his color. Really, I did’t believe the seller when they told me about his background. I wish more ppl know that this color cat is as much coon cat as the ones we often see advertised . I posted this to put the word out and promote this adorable colored cooncat and get a new name for him.

He's a redhead so I am going to assume he is Irish. :) How about Finnagan who was an Irish King many centuries ago. ? He looks like he has some Main Coon in him. Darling kitten.
