5 or 6 years old is quite young for a cat. You need to have her on a high quality cat food, mostly wet with some dry if she likes it. What are you feeding her? Does she have regular vet visits?

I'm assuming you are talking 5-6 YEARS old???? Heck that is NOT old at all - old is after they get over 12 yrs old.

Your kitty should be eating a good quality adult food - like Royal Canin, Chicken Soup, or other foods along that line.

Five to six is a prime age for a cat
... I view old as over 15 ... A solid adult food ... pop in cat food in the search on here will give you lots of info ..

My favs that are readily avail

nutro
cal natural
solid gold
some Royal canin
chicken soup ( best food for the price at a feed store)
natural balence ( allergy formula

What are you feeding now???

when was last vet check??

if 5-6 months still feed kitten ... some say 8months ... I have always been told 12 months
