JamesCalifornia Congrats on trapping that fine looking cat. I hope that kitty gets tnred and cleaned up. It breaks my heart seeing cats abandoned to the streets. I take care of a bunch of homeless kitties and I have seen cats that looked like they were just dumped on the streets, although most of my cats were born on the streets but are semi-feral with some who are pretty friendly. Anyway, good job capturing this kitty.

Awww, what a wonderful scene!
And the thing about all of those cats betrayed and abandoned by "people" -- and I use the term very loosely is that every one of them is a treasure and every one of them needs and deserves safety, comfort, good care, and love, after which they would ALL clean up very well. All cats are beautiful. And ALL cats deserve respect and protection.

Kodiak is one naughty kitty!

Where have all these frogs come from? Oh my! I would try to catch for my cats too. LOL.

I still have cough and colds but the fever is gone. Thanks a lot, guys. The wind outside is still harsh. Aside from the wind and rains, the kittens probably cannot stay in their usual spot as they are also afraid of the kids playing noisily outside with all the screams and shrieks, and also don't care where their ball hits. So they hide more frequently now. Yesterday their ball almost hit the shut-eyed kitty. It took a lot of self control on my part to not rush outside and yell at them. I was observing them through my windows. This used to be a quiet compound before this family moved here, but even when I was sick i could not even rest well with all the noises outside my flat. They are not the only kids in the compound, but they are the ONLY ones who are doing this. Oh well...

Today trapped and tomorrow the clinic for exam spay/neuter, vaccinated etc.

Maria Bayote Hold tight because, as Banjo knows, lessons do come in the strangest ways. Those children may find their ball bounces back! I was once plagued by loud bass music next door and I pleaded, tried to befriend and finally just held my eyes upward and hoped for something to cause the young man to stop! Late that night, the music stopped and I cringed as I waited for more. The wee hours remained quiet. The next day his mother told me, with relief on her part, that his stereo speakers had blown out. Although I do not wish ill on others, I was very happy! Take good care of yourself!

Margot Lane The vulture was actually just asking for a plate. Lol The kitties know her since she nests here each year. I caught her in a trap when I was trying to get Bj. She only came during nest season when food was scarce. Her name is Damsel. She knocks on the door! Lololololol. Enjoy the frog fix!

Seeing all the froggies, reminded me of all my frog garden ornaments. Once spring gets here, I'll have to get a couple out of the shed, clean them off, and get a pic of them with Ruby.

It's the same for us with the cretins renting next door. They are the only ones making excessive noise, frequently, often until late, and taking away our rights to normal peace and quiet. I empathize so much with you.
