That was the start of a tough time. But..... Yes! She’s home! Dear sweet Thrasher is home. It was so strange the way it all happened. To have someone call me that she was at my gate and then have her constantly call me from the moment she saw us. I am just so very grateful, however it happened. I am sure she was quite frightened. She is settling now. Lots of love.

This is reminiscent of the night BJ came in, with me sleeping as everything was happening.

Okay, on my front, I have bad news, and I have good news. First, I had a chance to actually speak to our new neighbors yesterday about the kitten when I saw their kids out front petting and holding him. They said that he wasn't theirs, although they had fallen in love with him, so I guess he was dumped by some callous jerk. The good news is that Michele is in contact with our back-fence neighbor, who told her that the kitten had been given a FURever home by another person in our neighborhood, so that makes for good news all around.
