I had to go out today for supplies. Ugh! Four and a half hours later, I had cat food and cat litter! The food these kitties usually eat! Including Mackie! Yay! I don’t know about everyone else but my older kitties got upset tummies when they ate other foods. Especially Smokey. I had found some Fancy Feast but it wasn’t the pate’! Today I got pate’! I also found :banana1::banana2:bananas! I am so happy!
Glad you were able to find what you needed.

I went out for groceries today too, and I also got bananas. :woohoo:

I didn't have to search for cat food or litter, as I have enough litter, and I had Ruby's food delivered to the house. Actually I should say Ruby's food was delivered to the garage, where it is still sitting decontaminating. It's been 3 days, so I guess it's safe to touch the box now. Poor delivery drivers. I asked him if it was busy, and he said worse than Christmas.

The egg your kitties have would probably be a big hit here!
I found it. It's called snacky mouse. Here's the link:
Temptations Snacky Mouse Cat Toy and .42 Oz. Treat Package - Walmart.com

I also found :banana1::banana2:bananas! I am so happy!
I need to eat more fruit, so I threw some pineapple into my pasta casserole last night. It was actually pretty good!

Don’t bother this baby or I will get you! Hear me roar!
Hee hee.

Banjo probably just thinks there is extra magic at work. :kitty:
I certainly hope so! Extra Magic is always welcome. ;)

There's two pix here :- one with the metal rim glasses reading a book and the one with the hat with your arm showing a little on the left. Also there's one with Banjo with the rabbit's ear. Choose one!
Lol I like those too. BJ got under the hat without any assistance from me and Banjo got into the ears without help. I did help to remove them. Lol Bj especially loved eyeglasses. The tough part is choosing but I’ll put one of them in the thread. Hopefully any one of them would bring some laughter.

rubysmama rubysmama I spent all day disinfecting things since I don’t have a good place to store them. I left things out in the fenced area yesterday. I washed the fruit and brought it in immediately. Banana! :p Have you ever had the tiny sweet bananas from Central America? Oh boy! They are sooo good! I see them here once in awhile and always buy some. Rare treat!
I will be on the search for cat supplies regularly for the time being. Having a clowder, I need large amounts of everything. It probably looks like hoarding when I buy a weeks worth at a time! Lol We were told to get supplies for a month. I would have if I could have found that much at once. I think that might pop the tires on my van if I managed to fit it all inside. As it was, I sat on one case on the ride home. Booster seat! For once, it paid to be short. :flail:

The delivery guys would be here a lot if I got everything shipped. I don’t think they would compare deliveries here to Christmas. More like torture? Lol My step sister did get 80 cans of Shreds delivered to me today! Yay! It won’t get us through a week but it really helps! That was 2 cases I didn’t have to haul here too! :woo:

M maggiedemi I’ll look up that toy. I think it would be great to have the kitties being active while getting treats. I get my exercise while hunting treats myself!
Pineapple and pasta. Hmmmm. Sounds good! I’ll have to try that!
I agree. Extra magic is always a plus.

 I love watching the different reactions from all the kitties! I’m not surprised that Wanda Heart won’t give up her pillow.

Have a great night everyone! :heartshape:

tabbytom tabbytom It was tough deciding but as I looked back over the photos, I found myself laughing at BJ laying in my lap with the book. He loves a good bedtime story. I entered the photo with the glasses. Banjo will be wrinkling her bunny nose at me. Shhhh, don’t tell her! I’ll let her post her own photo next time around.

My non-perishables are still waiting in the rec room. Tomorrow will be 3 days, so I'll finally put them away too. It's still fairly cool in the basement, so I left the bananas, apples and pears down there too, though I did thoroughly wash one and eat it yesterday.

Banana! :p Have you ever had the tiny sweet bananas from Central America? Oh boy! They are sooo good! I see them here once in awhile and always buy some. Rare treat!
You know, I've seen the little ones, but never tried them. Must do that sometime.

You need your own delivery truck. 🚚

LOL. Wish Banjo had been able to get a pic of that.

I STILL can't get over that Wanda Heart is now a CAT, not a kitten. :catman:

rubysmama rubysmama Those little bananas are so yummy! I first had them many years ago and was delighted when I found they were becoming popular in this country. They don’t leave that sort of coating in your mouth either. Kind of hard to describe since I never noticed that until I ate the little variety. Lol

As much cat food as we need, I need a truck AND my own cat food company! I can just see the label now! A picture of the Clowder -Chez Catbird and company! Maybe just the banner you made around the can!

Maybe I should post a picture of my booster seat! I had to laugh when I was coming home perched on top of a case of cat food. Can you imagine if I had gotten stopped to see if I was out for necessary supplies?!?!? :flail:Yes officer, I always need this booster seat! I’m short! Creative packaging! I felt tall for the first time ever!

Wanda Heart said to tell you that she is still the kitten of the house. :winkcat:

I distributed lots of lambs, bunnies and chicks to the kitties this year. I’m still enjoying the reactions. I picked out a pink bunny for Wanda Heart and the girls.

Bj had to give approval.

I guess it’s okay for the girls room.

We are due for a storm again. We’ve had tornado damage in the state just a week ago at opposite ends of the state. The flood watch is already up so I went outside while the sun was still out today. I found a pretty color combination in the flowers.

Now, let’s see if I can do a spoiler alert for anyone who doesn’t like caterpillars! I thought this little guy was awesome!

My first rescued cat came off the street and i, after her insisting for so long, finally allowed her into my junk car of a Buick . Landlord just didn't allow cats so I took her to the shelter after two weeks of caring for her. I swear she reminded me of me.

These days, my rescue cat is learning. Her brother, my first cat I have cared for since he was a day old, is now big enough to teach her to calm down.

I'm not trying to one up anyone but I have a history of bringing in rescued animals. Living in South Florida, I would bring in iguanas, squerells., I'd save up with my neighborhood buddy and save up for treatment....at ,10 years old

Maia,
My first rescued cat as an adult came off the street and i, after her insisting for so long that night, finally allowed her into my junk car of a Buick . Landlord just didn't allow cats so I took her to the shelter after three weeks of caring for her..... Deep thoughts for me during those times...
I swear she reminded me of me. It hurt so much but the family who took her ended up caring for her....I made sure of it.

These days, abroad, my rescued cat is learning. Her brother, my first newborn kitten. is now big enough to teach her to calm down.

Shes still such a character ... Reminds me of Maia .

Just like humans, cats off the street have an attitude.
Smokey, my newborn daddy's boy is learning the ropes. And Nala the rescue, has her say..... All under my watchful eye. both have things to learn. Just like us
