Ahhhh, how is Muffin faring today?I stayed with Muffin until she seemed to feel better. She is putting her weight back on her foot now. Walking around if I go back in with her so I’ll be letting her rest. She has her carrier there along with a soft towel to lay on and her favorite food.
The house is very quiet tonight. Cats are amazing and compassionate creatures. Every cat in the house is staying still and subdued. BJ has gone to the bathroom door and asked to go in with Muffin. I’ll let him sniff her a bit before bed if she seems to want him in. Perhaps he can comfort her and report back to the other kitties.There is a lot of love here for Muffin.
If love can heal, she’ll be just fine.

It’s a 9 banded. They don’t curl up like a kitten but the babies do purr! 
If they get scared they also shoot straight up in the air like a kitty! The litters are always quadruplets! Very interesting little creatures. They even eat fire ants. Thank you dillos!

Glad you liked the Armadillo! I think the rabbit turtles are really cute! We have a lot around here but seeing young ones is not common.

The frog and cat romance is cracking me up! All I have to say is, “ Where is froggy?” and the search is on! I guess none of us choose where we find love. Aussom the possum! Great name! My Brother has one at his house that curled up in his lap as he napped in a lounger in the basement! Surprise! She is Blossom the possum.

The vet gave her an okay on her leg. She is just supposed to take it easy for awhile unless anything changes. I am so relieved! We had quite a scare! 
It is a bit hard to type right now though. This too will pass.....I’ll turn the typing over to our expert, Banjo! I can always rely on the kitties to help and offer healing. Banjo gave me acupuncture treatments earlier! Not sure if I really needed that.....
but maybe it will work.

So glad to hear Miss Muffin is on the mend. Take it easy, pretty girl.Muffin is much better today. She is still restricted to the bathroom but she’s loving the security and quiet. In fact, she may be liking it a little too much! She may not want to leave! Of course, all the extra treats given there may be adding to the atmosphere.
Oh no. Take care of that paw.I have hurt my paw, errr, hand today. The vet says mine probably isn’t broken either!

, "cage rest" or its equivalent will probably put Muffin back to rights very soon *PRAYERS* and you, too! Hope you don't have to do a lot involving your hand today, though it's so hard to rest hands when they do so much everyday work. I'm always thinking about that and trying to keep mine intact, because I'm such a klutz. How did you hurt yours? *Inquiring minds want to know!*

caught a kitty she has been trying to help! 
Another rescuer among us! Hoping that the new kitty is calm tonight and does well at the vets’ tomorrow! As many of us do know, sometimes it’s hard to be a rescuer. It’s always great to have another person willing to join the effort to save kitties.

I hurt my hand when the wind caught the car door. My hand was grasping just above the top of the door frame and I got mashed! 
It’s kind of black and blue but between the vet checking it out and Banjo giving me a treatment, I’ll be okay. I do have to keep using it but I’m kind of glad it wasn’t a foot or my nose!
The kitties are not pleased that I disrupted their favorite space but I have to finish things up in there. We’ll all be glad when it is done!

Oh my! These two are so adorable together. I don’t know how that frog made the tiny tapping noise but I’m glad I heard it. I wouldn’t want to miss this!

! *PRAYERS* and best thoughts of wellness, healing, recuperation and "back to normal" for you! My mom got her thumb slammed in a car door once and she always said that's why that thumb was flat. *OUCH* My dad powered the car window up twice with my hand in it. *OUCH* but it doesn't seem to have done any lasting harm.
Isn't that just the truth? That is the sweetest story and I can't wait for the latest installment!

This froggy "tale" is just amazing! I can't explain it -- can anyone? -- but it definitely seems as if they have a relationship going. And the tapping?!! "Banjo, Banjo, where for art thou Banjo?"
To all, I’m loving watching the story unfold too! Kitties are such loving creatures and now, I’m thinking froggies are too!! It’s so sweet to see them meeting each day/ night.
Froggies is very different from Banjo but the love is obvious. Tonight I went out the back door and for the first time since she came in to live here, Banjo ran outside! I was startled but no need to worry. Banjo immediately turned around to examine the door for froggie! I didn’t see him so I brought Banjo back inside. I guess we may try a harness for Banjo again! She’s not afraid of outside if her Prince is there. It’s amazing what love can inspire. Banjo called her to love for quite awhile after that. I love her little voice.
I was very happy for Banjo when he did.
