Hello,
Yes, tell us where are you located?

Do I understand correctly, that your veterinarian will not prescribe your cat antibiotics for a kidney infection?

Do you happen to live near Any University or College that teaches Veterinary Science? If not . Do a online search for such a place in your Country. Not knowing exactly where you are makes it difficult on what sources that maybe available to you .

Hi Jo,
To be sure I am understanding, you are certain it is a kidney infection - the veterinarian has diagnosed this? Did they do laboratory tests?

The veterinarian though does not think any treatment is necessary?

Are you sure kidney not urinary infection? Please check to be certain.

The diagnosis was made last year on January 7 on the basis of ultrasound, at first I didn’t believe it, I decided to check it in another place, but even there, unfortunately, they confirmed it only by confusing that a chronic veterinarian, without realizing it, simply said, when asked, in fact in fact, he had an acute infection, but now we have two kidneys in June, we again went to the first place , then he said that I would not cure him, I asked him why? He didn’t explain anything it’s like I’m pulling on their every word to find out more about my child’s condition, yes, you understood correctly, they don’t want to treat him because they don’t know how to treat him, they don’t care about the complication, although I doubt that they even know about the complications of this disease, his blood test showed nothing his white blood cell count was low for a year and still low his neutrophils were normal I read from I think everyone here knows her group about CKD Helen) that the blood work will not always show also he has protein in the urine which does not disappear within a year it all appeared in one month of last year and nothing has changed after a long time no I don't think the lower urinary tract infection is unfortunately an upper urinary tract infection all we need is help real professional and tests that exist where you live, I don't even know if it has a virus, which I'm sure. crazy sick bitch who ( veterinarian) intervened during blood draw they rudely kicked me out i made a big mistake in life which i still regret walking out the door in confusion it will be hard for you to believe but crazy people work here in places like this after this day with him the leukocyte fell immediately and since then everything has been falling down his immunity is not ready to fight bacterial infections (plus he also has kidney stones( these two nuances and the lost time now nothing can definitely cure him (I don’t know how to help him it breaks me sit back with arms folded

Call your vet and demand answers. There are just too many things it could be, and sometimes the age and the sex of the kitten can play a factor too. Almost all those values indicate anemia and dehydration. Now you have to figure out why, but there are so many reasons, from starvation to distemper and leukemia. If it is leukemia or distemper and the cat is still a kitten the prognosis is not good I'm afraid, but my cats are living proof there is recovery from both, my cats have survived both and are still alive three years later. I definitely recommend DMG to help boost the immune system. Please keep us informed!

Hello and thank you for answering. I have researched this myself and also suspected anemia or dehydration, but should the PLT of red blood cells be lowered for anemia? I also found out if RBC or MCV are falsely elevated or lowered, MCHC may falsely change, in this case it will decrease or increase, but over HCT it is elevated, it really confuses me, and he always drinks well, we donated blood several times over the past year and was always normal only during the blood sampling again, there were no problems with these bad veterinarians, the veterinarian who took the blood brought my child to stress, no, to calm them down, they almost tore off his paw, he yelled, so that now I have lost accuracy the same GRAN# was normal last time, but the leukocyte dropped a year like (let me ask? why did you mention leukemia? his tests show? the fact is that I suspect the whole year of leukemia he has an adult cat 5 years old we had an embarrassing case with one pathetic and mean veterinarian if you can call him that I'm sure he intentionally introduced the virus to my child because he immediately had a white blood cell drop after that and this bastard is still dropping the day I was kicked out Is there a door and there were a lot of complaints about him that he is a virus now I am even more afraid and I can’t come to my senses that my child may have a virus and I can’t even test him there is nowhere to take tests for viruses, it’s nothing to do with it, I I also heard that cats with leukemia have anemia, can I ask how your cat was diagnosed with this? what signs does he have? how do you monitor his immunity? my child had strange jumps last year, he sat on the window and started jumping himself, squinting one eye and drooling, we never had this, and more recently he was playing with his favorite soft toy and suddenly it didn’t start it looked like neither twitching nor convulsions, but something strange strongly told me that we definitely had a virus I am so scared right know

Hi,
If you mean feline luekemia (FELV) - he should be only indoors so cannot transmit to another cat. He can still live a long life and a small chance his body can fight off the virus.
Feed good food and try to limit stress.

Your missing my point. If you would indicate what (Central Asia) country you live in . example: Philippines . Then we Here could help you online search for Veterinary care .

The diagnosis was made after my cat was very sick and lethargic, they found he had extremely low white blood cells, and then tested him for leukemia. The vet gave him 'days' to live and he is still with me three years later. ANY kind of virus or cat illness can be fatal to a cat with low blood counts, they can't fight it off, their immunity is too low. That is why it is vital to keep them away from other cats who go outdoors and to keep them strictly inside. Every time I feed the outdoor cats I wash my hands thouroughly.
What do you mean by donating blood? Really donating or samples for blood tests, if it is truly giving large amounts for transfusions, I would quit that, it is obviously affecting him. It can drastically affect blood counts too. So can not drinking or eating enough. The first symptoms of any cat illness usually mean the cat quits eating and starts hiding. The trick is, and what I do when my cats relapse and quit eating, is to keep around Delectable Lickables in the stew flavors. If you can't get that, try any lickable treat and see what he likes. Sometimes they will only take a couple of licks a day, but it is enough to keep them going. Make sure his immune system is getting a supplement to keep it strong, like DMG.
I will pray for your sweet boy......

does anyone have their own good veterinarian that you go to can anyone ask them for our problem my question is can my cat take a second time on the antibiotic he took the first time? the weed that he is now taking, it will do nothing for his problem, he needs an antibiotic, but he is not here, there are no specialists, so I am interested in what the specialist will say about this question, I contacted personally, but no one answers, which of course is understandable

During all this time my little one's have acted normal. No difference in pupil size. When they had symptoms they were very tired, hid under the bed, and refused to eat. I tempted them with likable treats, and give them to this day supplements to help. DMG and LifeGold.
If there has been a week or two aftertaking his antibiotic he can continue the same one. Is there any vet you can call and ask? If the one you tried is too long, call again.
