My cat is sick... I think

My cat is itching his ear and it is super red... He is letharcic, but he is eating.... He won't go outside. I am thinking it may be an allergies but I need some help... Anyone know what's wrong... His ear gas some scabs where he us itching...

I wonder if he was bitten by something.

If he's lethargic, I would say take him to the vet. He may need something only a vet can give like shots or an antibiotic. It's possible he infected his ear too.

Do you think I should take him in immediately or can I wait? He has been bitten before and got in some fights, we live in the wild so its pretty normal for foxes and wildlife to come...

Give your vet a call and you could maybe also send photos of the ear. They can give you a better idea of whether, or how soon, they'd want to see him
