My cat didnt finish grooming

This is different. She's not bleeding. It's loose but I don't think I should pull it off. Just let her fix it. Or it got stuck on her fur. Strange

It could just be shedding. Unless it lifts off easily, I'd see if she deals with it.

If it's a loose "claw sheath" then it will just drop when it's ready. If it doesn't move when you touch it then I suggest that you don't try to force the issue.
