My breads are hodgepodge mixtures of wheat & white flours, ground flax seeds, rye, bran, oat bran......whatever I feel like tossing in that day.Oh gadz! I just ate and now I'm hungry again after looking at your bread! It looks totally yummy! I haven't made homemade bread or pizza since last year.
My last few batches of bread I'd been experimenting with making wheat breads with seeds in them like sunflower, poppy, pumpkin, sesame, rye, and whole grain oats, etc. Sprouts are good in breads too.
