We are moving next week and debating how to manage our kitties- especially since they aren't terribly fond of each other in the first place. Put them in a room together to get used to the place slowly? Separate rooms? Help!

Hi!
I would keep them separate if at all possible, because the added stress of the move could make them crankier with each other.

Also, you could look into over-the-counter calming products including sprays, and diffusers - some have chamomile or valerian, etc

Something that might help additionally is music - there's classical harp music, there's an app called Relax My Cat, and MusicForCats . com that are sources for you.
