Hello! I’ve stalked this page for a long time and have posted previously but nothing much. I love this cat loving community and am awfully lonely these days (I guess from adult interaction - bc I’m never alone!) so I figured I’d make myself more active here! 2 years ago in June, we adopted Maxi and Raven. They were just 6 weeks old at the time. They’re my girls! Then the following February, friends of ours had a house fire. They took in a pregnant momma a few weeks prior and momma had beautiful kittens. After the fire, the momma rejected the kittens and later died. Some of the kittens had died from smoke and my girl, Sasha, found herself a good home. Sasha, maxi and raven have been called a “triangle” bc they always sleep together together in that shape. On Sunday, my fiancé got a message from an old coworkers wife who has a friend that found a kitten she cannot keep. Monday she got fixed and now Jade has a loving home here with us. While there are issues within our house with one of the resident cats (on another thread made yesterday) I love all 4 of my girls. Beyond the fur, we have 2 children ages 7&11. My fiancé and I are about to be together for 10 years and I couldn’t ask for anything better. He works night shift almost 7 nights a week and I’m on workman’s comp after a really bad accident.
