Ha Ha! that's great! We used to call those "clothesline ears" when I was a kid, though now I have no idea why. I'll have to ask my mother next time I talk to her.

I just got this image of the cat being hung out to dry by his ears!


Moose definitely looks like he's coming in for a landing.

This is a shot of his ears in the "normal" position. He just heard something and twisted his ears back for better reception. "Airplane" ears just cracks me up.
