Watching tv and/or reading with Ritz sleeping on my lap. The only time I have to do this is on the weekends, sometimes for about 1/2 hour at the end of the work day.
Reading (Especially reading in bed before going to sleep), drinking tea or coffee, spend time with animals, going for walks, ballet, laying back and watch a really good program on the tely, stretching/yoga.
Naps are a rare luxury for me, so grab one any opportunity allows! Nothing is much fun til that brain fog clears after working my night shifts. Otherwise I enjoy cooking up delicious homemade healthy foods for dinner, then watching my favorite news & commentary (Sean Hannity on weeknights) or reading regular blogs I follow. Last before bed my son & I have Bible study & prayer. It has a way of helping me to sleep better at night... knowing everything is in His hands!
Playing with or pampering Mouse mostly. Usually have music or TV on in the background. I'll potter away with some kind of craft stuff if Mouse isn't too playful - like today I've been trying out my new starter kit for needle felting (made a couple of 'creatures' that resembled cats
