I have a 1 year old cat with Mega E. Would acupuncture help with something like that?

It could. Homeopathy might, too. Acupuncture/Chinese Herbs and homeopathy/homotoxicology are the "big guns" of holistic medicine; they can get great results where conventional medicine often fails.
