Thank you. She really is a sweetie, and though different in almost every way from Ruby, I don’t doubt my angel girl had a paw in making Pretty and me find each other.

I can't get over her colors,so bright and beautiful..... I bet she's soft as a bunny rabbit!

How much does Pretty weight,she looks very petite and dainty but it's so hard to tell in photos

Her fur is really soft. And funny you mention a bunny rabbit, that's what my vet said her fur felt like. And yes, very dainty. She only weighs 3.1 kg, which is just uner 7 lbs.

Ahhh,just what I thought- she's exactly my little Bellas size......when you pick her up she feels like furry air,right?

She's not a fan of being picked up yet, so I haven't carried her much. But yeah, just a bit heavier than air.

She's just darling,it thrills me to see her photos and to know she's with you..I can't begin to imagine how her previous owner must feel having to have surrendered Pretty,she must be gutted- she'd be happy to know she's in her forever home with the best Mama on the planet!

You know I really wanted to move to Australia,I'd probably still be married! Because of my cats we decided he'd move here ,it didn't work out well at all- not good when a man can't work...... hmmm,cats or marraige? Let's see...... rofl

I couldn't do it but you never know the decisions people have to make or why.....I think I'd rather be executed but some things we do not control or get to choose- I worry all the time if something should happen to me ,changed my will 4 times already regarding my kitties- still not at Peace with it

If I were you, it would be so hard for me to refrain from hugging her, picking her up, putting her on my lap, cuddling with her.. You are blessed!!

I agree, her former home must have been a loving one, because she is just the sweetest, gentle little kitty. Well, except when she decides my feet are prey when she sees them move under the bed sheets.

I had always expected I'd rename another cat, like I did with Ruby. But Pretty, though never a name I would have chosen, really is the perfect name for my new little sweet girl. And, yes, I am blessed.

Kwik No doubt about it. It's the Feetsmonster. Kinda like Bigfoot. Only smaller. And more rambunctious, possibly.
rubysmama Yes. I've had to rehome on 3 occasions, and each time took a part of my soul. I would NEVER do this again, if I have the ability to stop it. Being raised from birth with cats, I know they are family and our bonds are 100%.
And yes,"Mr. Fluffy Fluff" isn't a name I would bestow upon a cat. But since Fluff was born on the streets, TNRd, and in his adoptive home for 3 months with that name, I don't feel it's a good decision to change it. Pretty certainly IS pretty, and Fluff certainly IS fluffy.

When you had to rehome, did you have someone to give them to, or did you leave them with a shelter. If a shelter, know there's always cat loving people, like me, looking to give a home to a cat in need. I was also "raised from birth with cats", so also believe they are family.

Mr Fluffy Fluff's name totally suits him, btw. I hope he and you are helping each other with the loss of your precious Elvis.
