blood test and x ray all negative, Doc suggested a specialist ($$$$) would be needed to pinpoint cause. We agreed that the cat may have gotten into a poison or somesuch. Situation left me with no choice but to put him down. Needless to say, I'm upset.
Oh dear, I hope this is not the case.

I'm bummed out about it, however he's certainly in a better place than he was, fo' sure. I'm convinced its what he needed/wanted, he had a habit of putting his head in dark corners, seemingly trying to disappear or go away. God be with you, unnamed black cat.

Thanks, tabbytom tabbytom for your (always) kind support

Back to topic, spare room has been cleaned/disinfected...in a couple of days I'll get MAV back up there. Mav was at peace sleeping on the bed up there before being displaced.

I am surprised that he is a morning grass eater! Mine is too! Except I’m determined not to let outside anymore, so, I bring the grass to him! He chomps it down, then poos. My attempts at growing indoor cat grass have sofar not been met with quite as much enthusiasm, but, I might try again.

Look how skinny and disheveled he looks in this pic marked June 13, the little bugger has come a long way. I'll contend he was near starving when we first met him, deciding to feed him and (eventually) take him in. Frankly, he looked semi-terrible back then.
