Male or female??

We got this kitten about 2 weeks ago, their name is Darkrai (after Pokemon) and were pretty sure they are male but are having doubts. If they are female then we have to get our other kitten (6 months old) neutered immediately. I’ve asked my sister who is a vet tech, and she said it looks like a boy. Other person who fosters cats says female. There seems to be a slit but could also just be separation for the testes, however I’ve noticed there is a bit of a bulge. Help pls

Agreed, boy! Tabbies can have weird coloring and patches that can be a little deceiving, which may have confused the person who said girl.
