[Jemima Lucca]

This is sooo hard because we had to put Makita to sleep a few weeks ago. He was an amazing dog and I miss him terribly. I know this forum is about other pets you have and I have him in my heart . He was gentle and patient. He was devoted and obedient; not because we made him, but because he wanted to please us. He respected my cats and towards the end, he put up with our new kitten Jemima. She actually missed him and searched for him at 4 months old. Here he is:

I'm so sorry about your dear Makita. My heartfelt sympathies go out to you. When our last dog passed away I was devastated. He was a gentle giant and adored our cat. They played like best buds just like your gentle boy and Jemima. May all the wonderful memories you have of Makita live on in your heart forever.
