Hi! They seem to look the same as the ones my cat used to have. They shrinked by themselves a week or two after getting her spayed. I don't know if yours' has been recently spayed, that may be the cause. Also there's a condition calles mammary hyperplasia, this can happen on spayed cats too, so that may be also what is happening.
Either way I'm not a professional so this ideas are just based on my personal experience. I would definitely get her checked as soon as possible, because mammary hyperplasia can get really bad if it's let untreated.
You shouldn't worry but definitely get her checked to discard anything else.
