How to train kitten to cover its urine..?
The male kitten is very clean as he buries, stomps on the sand and leaves.
The female though urine but just leave. If she poops, then she cover partial before leaving.. How to change this habit of hers?.

IMO, I am not sure there is much you can do. Sometimes kittens will do a better job as they get a little older, but that is not a guarantee. There are other cats who never do change - I have one of those and she is 16+ yo and rarely, if ever, covers anything. There are also cats who will cover the pee and poop left uncovered by another cat. Maybe your male kitten will start to do that for your female!

I agree with FeebysOwner , when it comes to covering, it’s very difficult to change a cats litter box behavior. You can try covering it for her whenever you see her going but this usually doesn’t work. Having a second cat gives the first the opportunity to learn from them or hopefully the second cat will take care of doing the covering.
