Only thing I have so far are gnomes in the yard

My husband loves gnomes. I used to make sock gnomes and he would name them like they were people. I even have some little gnome ornaments to hang on the tree for him to enjoy.

I had to modify a bit because of Boone and Gracie but I still think it looks nice. Can't wait to add the final touch... the tree!! 🎄

I even added some to Boone and Gracie's little spot which really freaked them out at first.

First up, every year, is the little goose girl and little goose boy mobile.

It goes in the foyer. Even a puff of breath will make it gently twirl.

Next are the five white horses and red sleigh filled with packages.

It goes on the bookcase in the great room near the hallway
which, since there is no wall between room, hallway, foyer,
makes them very visible. Especially as you come downstairs.

Mrs Tiggywinkle et all. There's a deer I painstakingly covered

with individual hemlock scales in the way its hair would grow.

A little wheelbarrow and porcelain basket with porcelain vegetables:
cabbages, leeks, potatoes, onions, beets, and even a Napa cabbage.

Last, and perhaps my favorite, a tomten my father made for me and his fox.

I just took a few pictures in the living room. I keep tweaking the tree. I had a difficult time getting the tree to hold up my angel bear topper. She’s top heavy and I’ve always had to tie her up. I might have to paint a stick green and tie that to the tree trunk. She’s facing the wrong way a bit for the rest of the room.

My decorations. Very different than in years before Covid:

The angels lite up. Either multi-color or white.
very simple this year.
I cannot have a tree because Geoffrey will be climbing it.
I also have a snowman rug in front of the fireplace; but, he is afraid of it!!!!
